Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment. 

International & Domestic Shipping Rates

  • International and Domestic shipping rates are calculated based on the destination country or city, package weight, and dimensions. Shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • True Kit is not responsible for delays or additional charges incurred during customs processing.

Shipping Methods and Carrier

  • We use trusted door-to-door courier services for our international and domestic shipping. Including but not limited to DHL, FedEx, UPS, Mainfreight, and NZ Post. The choice of courier depends on the destination country, package weight, and shipping speed selected during checkout.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery times for international orders vary based on the destination country, shipping method, and courier service selected. Delivery estimates will be provided during checkout.
  • Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier issues.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through the courier's website using the provided tracking number.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Restricted Items

  • Certain products may have restrictions on international shipping due to legal, regulatory, or carrier limitations. We will notify you if we cannot ship specific items to your country.

Shipping Damage or Loss

  • In the rare event of shipping damage or loss, please contact us immediately at info@truekit.net with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Order Delivery and Delays

  • We strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes provided by the courier service. However, delays may occur due to customs clearance, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or other unavoidable incidents beyond our control.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

  • If an international package is refused by the customer or deemed undeliverable by the courier, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and any applicable restocking fees.
