WHAT IS NOT COVERED

  • Use of the boat for racing or commercial use (our boats are designed and built for recreational purposes)
  • Deterioration due to failure to protect a stored boat from UV light exposure.
  • Use of an engine of greater power than the boat's maximum Hp rating.
  • Misuse, abuse or neglect, such as improper docking, towing, driving, packing, transport or storage
  • Collision, improper transportation, punctures, tears, abrasions, discolouration, theft, fire, etc
  • Changes and modifications to the original product
  • Damage, such as corrosion of metal parts due to lack of maintenance, or premature wear due to improper use
  • Purchase of a demo or used boat
  • Consequential damage
  • Normal ageing of the boat (eg sand in the valves, wear and tear etc)

The better you take care of your boat, the longer it will last.

If storing your boat outside, we recommend covering your boat when it is not in use to protect it from unnecessary UV exposure.

Keep the buoyancy tubes away from sharp objects that could cause damage.

Keep the boat inflated to recommended inflation pressures

When fishing, put fish straight into a fish bin to avoid damage to the boat.

We hope your True Kit inflatable provides you with many years of enjoyment. If you have any questions please contact us.
