Shipping
A standard order is prepared and dispatched within 1-3 working days. No matter where you are in the world, our door-to-door shipping service brings your order straight to your doorstep. While shipping timeframes may vary, delivery typically ranges from 1-2 weeks.
Customs & Fees
All orders from outside New Zealand will incur standard customs duties and fees upon arrival in your country. Our shipment providers (FedEx/DHL) will assist with customs clearance and collection of duties. Please ensure you are available for communications during this shipping time.

At True Kit, we commit to shipping your order in 1-3 business days. You will receive tracking notifications as soon as your order is on its way. We aim to ship all US orders from our new base in Ft. Lauderdale. However, until we have full inventory, some orders may still be shipped from our New Zealand headquarters. Shipping times are 5-10 days from Florida, and 10-14 days from New Zealand.

The True Kit Navigator was designed and built to be the best inflatable tender on the market.
With that in mind, we wanted to build a package that boat owners and captains will love, and install everything professionally before it leaves our workshop.
This is the ultimate yacht tender.
Choose the size of Navigator yacht tender that suits your needs. It comes with all the standard stuff that our Navigators always come with (Seat(s), Oars, Hand Pump, Boat Bags, Repair Kit.
A pair of Railblaza Sideports are intalled on the transom by True Kit. We use the normal best practices of stainless 316 hardware and pay careful attention to isolate the stainless from the aluminium transom.
Our renowned fully removable dinghy transom wheels are fully fitted and installed by True Kit before the package is sent out to you.

QuickLock Dinghy Wheels
Our fully removable dinghy transom wheels make it easy to pull the Discovery up a beach, or a slip. These are installed by True Kit before the package is sent out to you.
INCLUDED IN PACKAGE
Railblaza Rib Ports x 2
These ports will allow you to clip in rod holders, lights, cup holders or other Railblaza fittings.
We install these ports using stainless steel 316 fixings and isolated the stainless components from the aluminium transom.

How do you installed the wheels and Sidedports?
We use stainless steel 316 hardware (marine grade). We use dome nuts for the wheels studs so you have a smooth finish to reduce the risk of damage. We use Loctite Threadlocker on the dome nuts. We isolated the wheel hardware with Sikaflex Marine 291 and the Sideports with heatshrink coating.
Can I alter the package?
If there is something that is not included in the package, but you wish to add it, simply add that item separately to the cart. Feel free to contact us through the contact page if you have questions.
